Job Description
  • Provide strategic guidance in terms of strategic development & management of brand, regional & dealer websites, online advertising, Audi Lead Management Administration (ALMA), Lead providers, CRM, social CRM efforts and Collateral.
  • Lead the team to build/maintain an Audi online presence and owner experience that reflects the Brand values & meets/exceeds the Audi customer expectations for a Tier 1 luxury franchise.
  • Provide direction & support for other Audi department online efforts, including Audi Field, Dealers, Service, Parts, Sales & Audi Financial Services, ITP&O and various stakeholders at AUDI AG.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for development/production of all Audi Brand consumer-facing vehicle catalogues.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager & Product Launch Manager to develop a digital marketing strategy for each product launch and campaign to drive pre-sales & sales targets.
  • Responsible for refining the content management work-flow process using current & future Content Management System applications as well as sharing platforms. Another key element is the maintenance & improvement of online metric systems & issue management.
  • Responsible for the integrated marketing process of retaining qualified Audi owners & sourcing qualified Audi prospects via various resources, & driving them to (re)visit showrooms, dealer events, corporate/partner events, test drives, & ultimately to (re-)purchase an Audi. Responsible for ensuring "closed loop" marketing communications for all qualified Audi owners, prospects & leads.
  • Engage with the key stakeholders (Audi Marketing, Sales, After Sales, Field, Dealers, affinity partners, Audi AG) to execute short-term & long-term owner & conquest marketing strategies, taking into account current owner demographics, psychographics, & customer & vehicle lifecycle triggers, as well as model line customer differences.
  • As part of the strategy implementation, lead the daily operations of the respective marketing programs & initiatives, ensuring the highest effectiveness of each program being executed from both loyalty (re-purchase) & cost perspectives.
  • Manage insights and reporting of online/CRM/Leads metrics to AoA Marketing & Audi AG management teams
 
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years professional experience in marketing/advertising.
  • 4+ years experience in Online Marketing/ Digital Interactive/New Media experience
  • 4+ years experience in dealer/field website program management
  • 4+ years experience in developing, implementing & executing CRM strategies, analytics, owner retention marketing, & owner communications
  • 2+ years experience in leading websites operations
  • Experience in impacting, managing, allocation & spend of marketing & promotional budgets
  • Demonstrated success in developing strong working relationships across many layers of an organization & across cultural boundaries
  • Experience in developing RFP/RFQ particularly in the digital space
  • Comprehensive understanding of the latest developments and technologies in the digital marketing environment (Internet, mobile devices, CRM databases, emailing platforms etc.)
  • Experience in relevant aspects of the marketing mix: advertising, online, direct, trade show management, co-op programs, collateral, corporate ID, & branding
  • Experience managing project schedules
  • Experience in Managing teams / Leading Agencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Others
