Job Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing related field, MBA/Master’s Degree preferred. · Minimum of 6 years related professional experience. Preferred industries to include consumer products, ad agencies, food/beverage, and convenience trade. · Minimum of 2 years experience directly managing people, including talent development. · Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross functional teams, quickly building credibility. · Experience in marketing new products and programs including related technical skills (research, database, event, websites, print, retail promotions, product development). · Strategy development, planning, and analytical skills. · Understanding of brands and consumer values. · Ability to work collaboratively with Customers and suppliers Additional Desired Qualifications R.J.
