Job Description

Marketing Supervisor wanted for a large Boston based seafood distributor. The marketing supervisor’s role is to manage and coordinate all marketing activities. 

The primary responsibility for the position is to manage:

·         all public relations materials including copy writing on brochures, press releases and media relations outreach

·         all web-based marketing

·         the print material for ads

·         all sales collateral

·         the branded packaging process

·         the overall budget for marketing

·         company trade show efforts

·         the supervision of all branded products

·         the duties of the graphic designer
 
Requirements:

Qualifications and Abilities for this position include:

·         Bachelors Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications or related field

·         Must be comfortable with all areas of  marketing, concepts, practices and procedures

·         4+ years of marketing experience

·         Desire to learn about seafood products

·         Hands-on management style

·         Must be a creative thinker and able to multitask

·         Must have excellent writing and organizational skills

·         Have an entrepreneurial spirit

·         Ability to drive projects independently

·         Ability to work with senior staff and sales force

·         Packaging experience is a plus
